This depends on the team size, but typically we require one Management Office, Computer, Printer, Access to DMS and 3-4 Sales offices with 1-2 Phones per desk. The more space and tools at our disposal the better the results.

Your store bids the trades with fair market value. Once the unit lands it is bid out to reputable Wholesalers and maxed for a final ACV, then you have the option to match the bid and keep the unit or sell it to the appropriate buyer. All units are kept until the end of the event in case a retail deal is possible.
GBM secures licensing with the appropriate authorities to ensure all agents attending the sale event are approved in the jurisdiction they are working in.
GBM implements customer due bills ensuring any promises are in writing, accounted for in the deal and signed by all parties applicable. Any service work or parts required are quoted correctly and added to the file and the due bill. We also have a charge back window in the contract that allows for some oversight in case there is slippage, but this is rarely used.
